# Accessibility

Effective and last updated October 16, 2026

We want everyone to be able to use OneForm: the people at firms who build forms and review reports, and the clients who fill those forms in. This statement covers oneform.si and the OneForm app at app.oneform.si, including the forms firms publish with it.

## Our target

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. Where we fall short, we treat it as a bug and fix it.

## What we do

- **Automated checks on every change.** Each change runs an axe-core scan of the website's main pages and the app's sign-in pages, public forms and main screens, in both light and dark mode. A new problem fails the check, so we see it and fix it.
- **Keyboard operation.** Forms, menus, dialogs and the app's main screens can be used with a keyboard alone.
- **Visible focus.** The element you're on always shows a clear focus outline.
- **Reduced motion.** If your device asks for reduced motion, the site and the app turn off their animations.
- **Light and dark.** Both color schemes are checked for contrast, and you can pick either one.

## Known limitations

- **Voice forms** need a microphone. Typed answers are always offered as well, so no one has to speak to fill in a form.
- **Third-party embeds**, such as Stripe Checkout and videos from YouTube, Vimeo or Loom, follow their vendors' own accessibility.
- **PDF reports** are built from each firm's own templates and may lack the tags screen readers use. A report sent by link also opens as a web page.
- **No third-party audit yet.** Our testing is automated checks plus our own reviews; an independent audit hasn't been done.

## Tell us about a problem

If something on the site or in the app is hard to use, or you need information in another format, write to [hello@oneform.si](mailto:hello@oneform.si?subject=Accessibility) or use our [contact form](https://oneform.si/contact/). Tell us the page and what got in the way. We reply within 1 business day, and we'll work with you to fix it or find another way to get you what you need.

If you answered a firm's form, you can also contact that firm, which can share your answers with you in another way.
