Updated October 22, 2026 · 2 min read One search box finds everything in OneForm: your forms, responses, leads, reports, bookings and workflows, plus every page and setting. Single-key shortcuts take you straight to the sections you use most. ## Search everything 1. Press ⌘ K on a Mac or Ctrl K on Windows. You can also press / when you're not typing in a box, or click **Search** at the top of the page. 2. Start typing: a client's name or email, a form's title, a setting ("logo", "reply-to"), or something you want to do ("create a form"). 3. Use the arrow keys to pick a result and press Enter to open it. Search forgives typos and finds settings by the words people use for them, so "colors" finds your brand color setting. ### Narrow it down - Type \> first to see only actions, such as switching firm or changing the theme. - Type a kind of thing and a colon to search only that: `form: tax`, `lead: smith`, `report: march`. The others are `response:`, `booking:`, `workflow:`, `order:`, `team:`, `idea:` and `help:` (help articles, which open in the Help panel). - Press Tab to move through the filters under the search box. - Press ⌘ Enter (Ctrl Enter on Windows) to open a result in a new tab. ## Keyboard shortcuts These single keys work anywhere except while you're typing in a box or a dialog is open. | Press | To | | -------- | ----------------------------------------- | | g then f | Go to **Forms** | | g then r | Go to **Review** | | g then p | Go to **Responses** | | g then l | Go to **Leads** | | g then b | Go to **Bookings** | | g then w | Go to **Workflows** | | g then i | Go to **Insights** | | g then s | Go to **Settings** | | c | Create a form | | h | Open or close help for the page you're on | | ? | Show every shortcut | Press the second key within a second of g. ## Why doesn't a shortcut work? - **You're typing somewhere.** Shortcuts are off while the cursor is in a text box, so you can type freely. Click an empty part of the page first. - **A dialog is open.** Close it with Esc, then try again. - **Your browser or another app uses the same keys.** Some browser extensions take over / or Ctrl K.
