Go to [Integrations](https://app.oneform.si/integrations?open=excel). The Excel panel opens. 2. Click **Connect Microsoft**. 3. Sign in with your Microsoft account and accept the permissions Microsoft shows. 4. You're back in OneForm, and the Microsoft account is connected. Work, school and personal Microsoft accounts all work. If your Microsoft account is already connected for something else, click **Allow** next to **OneDrive & Excel** on its card instead. ## Log every response 1. Open [Workflows](https://app.oneform.si/workflows) and open the workflow you want. 2. Click **+** (**Add an action**) and choose **Add a row in Excel**. 3. Under **Microsoft account**, choose the account. 4. Click **Create a new workbook**. Or use one you have: click **Choose from my OneDrive**, or paste the workbook's link and click **Use**. 5. Type the **Sheet** name. OneForm creates the sheet if it doesn't exist. 6. Under **Columns**, keep **Every answer**, or pick **Choose columns** and set each column's value. 7. Click **Test it**, then **Turn on** (or **Save and turn on**). With **Every answer**, each row has the date, name, email, one column per question, scores, the report status and a review link. When you add a question to the form, OneForm adds a column for it. ## Keep a lead list - **From a workflow:** add **Keep a lead list in Excel** and choose **Which leads**: **Everyone**, **Warm & hot** or **Hot only**. - **From the Leads page:** click **Export**, then the **Excel** entry under **Send to your CRM or a sheet**. The first time, click **Create a new workbook and sync**, or paste a workbook's link and click **Use**. Each lead gets one row, and sending them again updates that row instead of adding another. See [Send leads to your CRM](https://oneform.si/help/responses-and-leads/send-leads-to-your-crm/). ## What OneForm can do The **OneDrive & Excel** permission lets OneForm create and update workbooks and save PDFs in your OneDrive. The same permission covers [OneDrive](https://oneform.si/help/integrations/onedrive/). The access is stored encrypted. ## Disconnect Excel On the [Integrations](https://app.oneform.si/integrations) page, click **Manage** on the Microsoft 365 card, then **Disconnect**. This removes the whole Microsoft account, so OneDrive, Outlook, Outlook Calendar and Teams stop working for it too. To also remove OneForm from your Microsoft account, go to myapps.microsoft.com. Your workbooks stay in OneDrive. ## Why can't OneForm use my workbook? OneForm can only use workbooks in the connected account's own OneDrive. A workbook someone else shared with you won't work. Pick one from your own OneDrive, or create a new one. The link must be to an Excel workbook (.xlsx). ## Why did rows stop arriving? - The workbook was deleted. Choose or create another in the action. - Microsoft access was removed or expired. The Microsoft 365 card moves to **Needs attention**; click **Reconnect**.
