Reports are usually what uses them most. Your forms keep working when tokens run out: only the AI writing pauses. ## What uses tokens | Action | Uses tokens? | | ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- | ------------ | | OneFormAI drafting a report or document | Yes | | **Re-draft with OneFormAI** in Review | Yes | | **Write with OneFormAI** and **Rewrite with OneFormAI** on the **Report** tab | Yes | | **Write a sample report**, after the month's free samples | Yes | | The month's free sample reports | No | | OneFormAI learning from your ratings | No | | Documents with **Write it with OneFormAI** turned off | No | | Sending a PDF you uploaded | No | | Sending, scheduling and resending reports | No | How many tokens a draft uses depends on its length and your plan. To see where you stand on a computer, click the tokens meter at the top of the page. It shows what's left this month and about how many more AI reports that covers. ## When your tokens run out - **Forms keep taking responses.** Clients notice nothing. - **New reports become a summary of the answers.** Each one still lands in **Review**, with the note "This month's OneAI Tokens are used up, so this draft is a summary of the answers." - **Re-drafts don't run.** The draft you have stays as it is. - **Reports set to send automatically wait in Review** instead of going out as a plain summary. Your alert list gets a **OneAI Tokens** email when the month's tokens are 80% used, and again when they run out. ## Get more tokens - **Wait for the reset.** Monthly tokens reset on the 1st. The tokens meter shows the date. - **Add tokens.** Owners can buy extra tokens on the [Billing](https://app.oneform.si/billing#credits) page. Extra tokens are used after the monthly ones, and they don't expire. - **Change your plan.** See [Change or cancel your plan](https://oneform.si/help/billing/change-or-cancel-your-plan/) and [pricing](https://oneform.si/pricing/). After adding tokens, open each summary draft in **Review** and click **Re-draft with OneFormAI** to have it written properly. ## Good to know - **Monthly tokens don't roll over.** What's left at the end of the month is gone on the 1st. - **The whole firm shares one balance.** Every form and every teammate draws from it. - For more on tokens across OneForm, see [OneAI Tokens](https://oneform.si/help/billing/oneai-tokens/). ## Why does a draft say OneFormAI is paused? Besides tokens, OneForm has a daily safety limit on AI use for each firm. When it's reached, drafts become a summary of the answers until it resets at midnight UTC. Re-draft them later.
