Zoom for OneForm
OneForm lets accounting and advisory firms take bookings from their clients. With the Zoom app connected, every call booked with Zoom as its location gets its own scheduled Zoom meeting. The join link goes in the confirmation email and on the firm's calendar, and the meeting moves or is deleted when the booking does.

Adding the app
You need a OneForm account on a plan with bookings (Basic or higher), as an owner or admin of your firm, and a Zoom account.
From OneForm
- Sign in at app.oneform.si and open Integrations.
- Under All apps, choose Zoom and press Connect. (Bookings → Integrations has the same button.)
- Sign in to Zoom if asked, and press Allow.
- You're back in OneForm, and Zoom shows under Connected.
From the Zoom App Marketplace
- Find OneForm in the Zoom App Marketplace and press Add, then Allow.
- Zoom sends you to OneForm. Sign in (or create an account) if you aren't already.
- OneForm asks which firm to connect Zoom to. Press Connect.
OneForm asks Zoom for permission to create, update and delete meetings on your Zoom account, and to read your Zoom profile (to show which Zoom account is connected). If your company manages Zoom centrally, a Zoom admin may need to approve the app first.
Using the app
- In OneForm, open a booking page (or a form's consultation settings) and set the location to Zoom. You can also make Zoom the default video tool in Bookings → Settings.
- When a client books a call, OneForm creates a scheduled meeting on the connected Zoom account: the topic is the call's name and the client's name, at the booked time, length and time zone, with the client's notes as the agenda. Clients can join before the host, so nobody waits in an empty room.
- The join link is in the client's confirmation email, on the booking in OneForm, and on the calendar event if a calendar is connected.
- Rescheduling the booking moves the Zoom meeting. Cancelling it deletes the meeting.
OneForm only touches the meetings it created for bookings. It doesn't read your other meetings, recordings, chats or contacts.
Removing the app
From OneForm
Open Integrations → Connected, choose your Zoom connection and press Disconnect. OneForm deletes its access to your Zoom account and removes the app from Zoom for you.
From Zoom
- Sign in to the Zoom App Marketplace and go to Manage → Added Apps.
- Find OneForm and press Remove.
Either way, OneForm deletes the Zoom access tokens it held straight away. Meetings already created stay in your Zoom account until you delete them. New bookings set to Zoom won't get a meeting until Zoom is connected again; OneForm shows the connection as needing a reconnect and lets your firm know.
What OneForm keeps
- Your Zoom user ID and email address, to show which Zoom account is connected.
- The access and refresh tokens Zoom issues, encrypted at rest (AES-GCM). They're deleted when the app is removed.
- For each booking, the ID and join link of the meeting OneForm created, so it can move or delete it.
OneForm doesn't sell this data or use it for anything but your bookings. Full details are in our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Troubleshooting and support
- "Zoom isn't connected" on a booking: connect Zoom on the Integrations page. OneForm tries the meeting again a few times before the call, and you can always paste a join link on the booking yourself.
- Zoom shows "Reconnect": the app was removed in Zoom or its access expired. Press Reconnect and allow access again.
- "Connect to your firm" doesn't work after adding from the Marketplace: Zoom's sign-in only lasts a few minutes. Press Connect on Zoom in Integrations to start again.
