Privacy policy

This policy explains what happens to your information when you visit oneform.si or join the OneForm waitlist. OneForm is responsible for this information (the "controller" under the EU General Data Protection Regulation). You can reach us at [email protected].

What we collect

When you join the waitlist, we collect:

• your email address (required);
• your name, firm and what you'd build first, if you fill them in;
• which button you used and, if the link you arrived on had them, its campaign tags (utm_source and similar).

When you visit any page, our hosting provider records standard server logs, such as your IP address, the page requested and your browser type. We also use your IP address for a few minutes to block repeated sign-ups (spam protection). We don't keep it with your sign-up.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking tools. If you arrive with campaign tags, your browser keeps them for that tab only (session storage) and sends them with your sign-up. They're gone when you close the tab.

Why we use it

• To tell you when OneForm opens for your firm and send you launch news about OneForm.
• To understand which firms are interested and what they want to build, so we can open to the right people first.
• To keep the site secure and working.

The legal basis for the waitlist is your consent, which you give by submitting the form (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw it at any time. Server logs and spam protection rely on our legitimate interest in running a secure website (Article 6(1)(f)). We never sell your information or use it for advertising.

Who processes it

• Resend: sends us each sign-up by email and stores the waitlist contact list.
• Railway: hosts this website and its server logs.
• Cloudflare: provides the domain's DNS.

These providers may process data in the United States. Where they do, the transfer is covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep your waitlist details until you ask us to remove them or unsubscribe, or until 24 months after you signed up if OneForm hasn't opened for you by then, whichever comes first. Server logs are kept for a short period set by our hosting provider.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, to restrict or object to how we use it, to receive a copy of it, or to withdraw your consent. Email [email protected] and we'll answer within one month. Every email we send also includes an unsubscribe link.

If you think we've mishandled your information, you can complain to a data protection authority. In Slovenia this is the Information Commissioner (Informacijski pooblaščenec, ip-rs.si).

Children

The waitlist is for businesses and isn't meant for anyone under 16.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. If a change affects how we use the information you've already given us, we'll email you first.
