Yes. Put a price on the report and clients pay with Stripe on the thank-you screen; you keep the full price, minus Stripe's processing fee. They can also book a call there with OneForm's own booking pages, free or paid, synced to your Google Calendar with a Meet link. Prefer Calendly, Cal.com or Microsoft Bookings? Show that instead, with their details filled in.

Yes. OneForm has an MCP server at app.oneform.si/mcp. Connect Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, VS Code, Codex or any MCP client, sign in with OneForm, and choose what it may do. It can build forms, look up responses and draft reports; anything that reaches a client waits for your OK. AI agents are on Basic and up.

OneForm is built by Brian Davis, CPA, CFE, its founder and CEO. He is a practicing accountant and a CPA Practice Advisor 40 Under 40 honoree who started his own firm in 2017 and leads One Stop CPA, a virtual tax advisory practice that runs on OneForm. He also created 10Key, interactive tax planning tools for advisors. He built OneForm because asking clients the right questions and turning the answers into a report took too many tools stitched together.

Yes. OneForm shows one question at a time, with logic, scoring, themes and embeds — and it's built for firms, so every response also becomes a reviewed, client-ready report.

Free Forever is $0, with no card needed. Paid yearly, Basic is $16 a month, Pro $41 and Firm $125, which saves 16%. Paid monthly, they're $19, $49 and $149 a month. Prices are in US dollars.

Every plan includes OneAI Tokens each month: 50 on Free Forever, 250 on Basic, 1,000 on Pro and 3,000 on Firm. 1 token is $0.02 of AI cost, and each AI action uses what it actually costs. Tokens reset on the 1st of each month and don't roll over.

Client forms keep working. New reports become a plain summary of the answers, and building or editing forms with AI pauses, until you add tokens or the month resets. Extra tokens are 250 for $10 on any plan, and they don't expire.

Yes, from Billing. An upgrade applies straight away and you pay the difference for the rest of the period. A downgrade or a cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you've paid for, so you keep everything until then. If the new plan has room for fewer live workflows, the newest extras are paused then (nothing is deleted) and you choose which stay on.

Prices are in US dollars, before tax. Where sales tax applies, it's added at checkout; businesses can add a tax ID to their invoices.

Yes, and it saves 16%: Basic is $192 a year ($16 a month), Pro $492 ($41 a month) and Firm $1,500 ($125 a month). You can move between monthly and yearly from Billing.

No. On every plan, Free Forever included, you sell reports and paid calls through your own Stripe account and keep the full price, minus Stripe's processing fee.

Basic and up. Free Forever firms can try everything else, and share forms by link or QR code instead of embedding them.

Not unless you turn on auto-send (Pro and Firm). By default every report waits for someone on your team to approve it.

OneFormAI runs on OpenAI models. Free and Basic use a lighter, cheaper model, so tokens go further; Pro and Firm use the flagship model.

Yes. Your logo, colors and sender name go on forms, emails and report PDFs. Basic and up drop the “Made with OneForm” badge, and Firm can send from your own domain.

Yes. Attach the PDF, a photo or a screenshot of the form you use today and OneFormAI rebuilds it as an editable form, with its questions, choices and logic. Word, Excel, PowerPoint and text files work too, up to six files at a time.

It can. When you build a form, choose whether it should draft a report or document from each response. OneFormAI writes the report instructions, and you can test them on a sample response before anything is sent.

Everything it builds is a normal form. Click any text in the preview to change it, drag questions to reorder them, or describe a change to OneFormAI and it's applied as one edit you can undo.

No. You can start from one of the ready-made tax checkup templates, a sample form or a blank form, and use OneFormAI only when it helps.

No. Only the text of the answers is kept. Recordings are never stored.

They can type a reply at any time, or switch to the typed form with their answers so far carried over. After two silences the conversation pauses, and after three misses on a question it moves on.

Yes. Your questions, conditions and endings decide what's asked and when it's done, not the model.

Pro and Firm. Voice conversations use the plan's monthly OneAI Tokens, like reports and translations, and usage by feature shows how many went to voice.

Yes. There are four voice embed styles: a floating orb, an inline card, a button that opens a popup, and a full page. There's also a QR code, so people can scan it and talk on their phone.

Not unless you choose to. By default every draft waits for someone on your team to approve it. Auto-send is optional, confirmed in writing, and holds back any report the AI didn't write or that has no email address.

Yes. Each report is a letter-size PDF with your logo, colors and page numbers, and the email carries your logo, sign-off and contact footer.

OneForm drafts a clean summary of the answers instead, so a response never goes without a draft. The same happens if the month's OneAI Tokens run out.

Reviewers can rate each draft from one to five stars. Every few ratings, OneFormAI updates its writing rules for that form, and you can see and edit those rules in the Report tab.

Fit plus intent minus red flags. Fit comes from answers and contact details, intent from report opens, clicks and return visits. Every point has a reason you can see in the lead drawer.

HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive and Zoho CRM, or any system through a webhook. Leads can also go to Google Sheets, one row per lead, or to a CSV in the format TaxDome's client import expects.

No. Intent halves after a number of quiet days you choose, so stale leads sink down the list.

Yes. When a lead turns hot, your team gets an email and any workflow triggered by hot leads starts, once per person. The hot, warm and cold thresholds are yours to set.

Yes. You can download everything OneForm holds about one person, or erase it for good.

No. Every form has a built-in submit, report, review and send pipeline. Workflows are for changing it or adding steps.

Slack, Discord, Google Chat, Google Sheets, Google Drive, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, and webhooks to your own API. Apps connect with a sign-in, so there are no keys to paste.

Every run has a step-by-step history, and you can retry it from the step that failed.

Yes. “Form left unfinished” is a trigger, so a workflow can nudge people who stop halfway without cluttering your responses inbox. One of the nine recipes is set up to do exactly that.

Yes. Run it against a real response; anything sent outside OneForm is marked as a test. Changes go live only when you publish them.

Typeform and Jotform are general-purpose form builders. OneForm is built for accounting firms and advisors: every response becomes an AI-written report that your team reviews, then OneForm emails it as a branded PDF — and can charge for it and book the follow-up call.

Yes. Jotform's PDF Editor creates a PDF of each submission and can attach it to emails. OneForm's difference is the content: OneFormAI writes a personalized report from the answers, following your instructions, for a person to review before it's sent.

Typeform's help center describes printing a response to PDF by hand, and suggests third-party tools to automate it. OneForm drafts and emails a branded report PDF from every response once someone approves it.

OneForm doesn't yet have file-upload or e-signature questions, or payments inside the form. Typeform and Jotform both offer file uploads, signatures and payments.
