Sign in to OneForm

Sign in with an email link, a password, Google or Microsoft, and how OneForm keeps your sign-in safe.

Updated October 22, 2026 · 3 min read

There are four ways to sign in to OneForm: a link we email you, a password, your Google account or your Microsoft account. Use whichever you like. They all lead to the same account.

You don't need a password for this.

  1. Go to the OneForm sign-in page.
  2. Enter your Work email.
  3. Click Email me a sign-in link.
  4. Open the email from OneForm and click the link.

The link works once and expires after 15 minutes. If you open it in a different browser or device from the one you asked on, click Continue to finish signing in. That step stops email security scanners from using up your link.

Sign in with a password

  1. On the sign-in page, click Sign in with a password.
  2. Enter your Work email and Password.
  3. Click Sign in.

Forgot it? Click Forgot it? next to Password, enter your email and click Send reset link. The reset link works once and lasts an hour.

To add a password or change it, go to your Profile. Passwords need at least 10 characters. See Your profile and sign-in security.

Sign in with Google or Microsoft

  1. On the sign-in page, click Continue with Google or Continue with Microsoft.
  2. Choose your account and allow OneForm to see your name and email address.

If your OneForm account uses the same email address, OneForm links the two and signs you in. From then on, either way works. To stop using Google or Microsoft, click Unlink on your Profile. You can still sign in with an email link.

Some Microsoft 365 work accounts need their IT admin's approval before they can sign in to a new app. If yours does, use an email link instead, or ask your IT admin.

After you sign in

  • First time? OneForm opens a short setup. See Set up your firm.
  • In more than one firm? OneForm opens the firm you used last. If it can't tell, it asks "where to?" and you pick the firm. See Work in more than one firm.

How OneForm keeps your sign-in safe

  • Links go only to your inbox. Each sign-in link works once and expires quickly.
  • New device alerts. When you sign in from a device and place OneForm hasn't seen in a while, it emails you.
  • Big changes ask again. Changing your email, changing or cancelling the plan, handing over ownership and downloading all your firm's data ask for your password, or a sign-in in the last 15 minutes.
  • Sessions you can end. Your Profile lists where you're signed in. Click Sign out other devices if you see one you don't recognize.

Is there two-step verification?

OneForm doesn't ask firm accounts for a code from an authenticator app. If you sign in with Continue with Google or Continue with Microsoft, the two-step verification you've turned on for that account protects your OneForm sign-in too.

Links work once and only for 15 minutes. If you clicked an older email, or opened the link twice, ask for a new one: click Get a new link, or go back to the sign-in page. Still stuck? See Can't sign in.

Why does it say "Confirm your email first"?

You haven't opened the confirmation link from when you signed up. OneForm just sent a new one. Open it, then sign in.
