Pipedrive gets every new client as a person, with how likely they are to become a client. OneForm finds them first and updates them, so syncing twice never makes a duplicate.
Connect Pipedrive
- Go to Integrations. The Pipedrive panel opens.
- Click Connect Pipedrive.
- Sign in to Pipedrive and approve OneForm.
- You're back in OneForm, and Pipedrive is connected.
What OneForm sends
OneForm looks for the person by email, or by phone when there's no email. If they're there, it updates them; if not, it adds them. It fills in their name, email and phone, and two person fields that OneForm creates the first time:
- OneForm lead score
- OneForm lead grade (Hot, Warm or Cold)
Send leads from the Leads page
- Go to Leads. Tick the people to send, or filter the list. With nothing ticked, everyone shown is sent.
- Click Export.
- Under Send to your CRM or a sheet, choose your Pipedrive account.
This needs full Leads on your plan, and an owner or admin. See Send leads to your CRM.
Send leads automatically
- Open Workflows and open the workflow you want.
- Click + (Add an action) and choose Send the lead to Pipedrive.
- Under Pipedrive account, choose the account.
- Under Which leads, choose Everyone, Warm & hot or Hot only.
- Click Test it, then Turn on (or Save and turn on).
Disconnect Pipedrive
On the Integrations page, click Manage on the Pipedrive card, then Disconnect. OneForm also gives up its access in Pipedrive. The people it added stay in Pipedrive. The access OneForm keeps while connected is stored encrypted.
Why don't I see the score in Pipedrive?
OneForm adds the two person fields the first time it sends. If the connected Pipedrive user can't add fields, the person is still sent without them. Ask a Pipedrive admin to add person fields named OneForm lead score and OneForm lead grade, or connect as an admin.
Why wasn't a lead sent to Pipedrive?
- The workflow action skipped them. It only sends the leads you chose under Which leads.
- Pipedrive access was removed or expired. The Pipedrive card moves to Needs attention; click Reconnect.
